General information and Regulation for the Call
The application for the admission to the University Residences for the a.y. 2024/2025 can be submitted in MyEDUCatt area following the path University Residences / Admission or Readmission to the University Residences (for all campuses).
The proposal is address to students enrolled or going to enroll at Università Cattolica, meeting all the requirements foreseen for the Regulation for the call.
In particular, they must: the regulation for the call (also downloadable in ePub format) including in particular:
- be enrolled for the very first time in a regular year of a bachelor’s degree, a single-cycle master’s degree and a master’s degree, in a PhD program or in a specialisation program (excluded those students enrolled in specialisation schools in the medical area, as specified by the following act: D. Lgs. n 368, 4August 1999)
- have their tax residence in a municipality considered “off-campus” in relation to the attended campus (you can check on EDUCatt website);
- have recorded the minimum amount of CFUs foreseen in the regulation for the call (for students enrolled in a year following the first);
The students who wish to apply for the admission or the readmission AT A REDUCED RATE must have, by the foreseen deadline, a currently valid “attestazione ISEE per le prestazioni agevolate per il diritto allo studio universitario” issued in calendar year 2024.

The University Residences are meant to be comfortable environments that facilitate the students in their studies and give them the opportunity to grow in their human and relational experience, sharing life in a community based on the values of Università Cattolica.
The choice implies accepting the regulation in each University Residence and, for the On-Campus Residences, the proposed educational project .
N.B.: All deadlines mentioned here, in the call or in communications sent by EDUCatt are to be understood according to the ROME TIME ZONE.
Milan campus
Deadline for the application submission: Friday 12 July 2024 at 1 p.m.
The places available in the On-Campus Residences will be assigned through “the Milan College Camp competition” which include an interview with the Commission according to the following modalities:
- 17 July 2024 on-site
- 12, 18, 19 July 2024 online
The criteria for the assignment of the places through the Milan College Camp are specified in the regulation for the call, and are mainly based on the outcome of the interview and the previously acquired merit (highest educational qualification obtained).
The places available in Milan City Residences (further than the places left in the On-Campus Residences nelle Residenze di Milano and not assigned through the College Camp) are assigned through the competition “Milan City Residences".
The criteria for the assignment of the places through the Milan City Residences competition are specified in the regulation for the call, the regulation for the call and, are mainly based on the ISEE/ISEEUP values and the previously acquired merit (highest educational qualification obtained).
Applicants can take part in both competitions through one application for the admission only.Indeed, all the students, who have an interview with the Commission but are not assigned a place in the College Camp, are also included in the related ranking for Milan City Residences.
Interviews with the Commission for the Milan College Camp
The preferences for the onsite interviews will be accepted following the chronological order of the online applications submitted, according to the availabilities. If the availabilities on-site are exhausted, the chance to participate in the online interview will be offered.
The online meetings will take place via Teams and the invitations will be sent by EDUCatt: the applicants will receive an email containing all the details.
The invitation for the online interview will NOT be sent earlier than 9 July 2024 and at least 3 days before the date scheduled for the interview.
The invitations for the on-site interview will be found in the students’ MyEDUCatt area (‘Tickets and messages’) and will also be sent via email NOT earlier than 9 July 2024 (after this date, the applicants will be invited within 3 working days from the date of the online application submission).
Applicants are recommended to check all their email folders, including spam and promotions.
According to the actual number of requests, online interviews may be scheduled also in the days following the dates mentioned above. Both for the online and the onsite interview, no changes in relation to the schedule can be requested.
EDUCatt declines any responsibility for the candidate not being able or facing any issue taking part in the online meeting. Due to this reason, the applicants must test that the Teams app works properly on the selected device (desktop or mobile) and, if necessary, they must use headphones.
The students who took part in the “College Draft” will not have to take part in another interview with the Commission. The outcomes of the interviews of the “College Draft” competition will be automatically acquired.
The outcomes will be communicated through MyEDUCatt area (“Tickets and messages”) and via email by 31 July 2024.

Brescia campus
Deadline for the application submission: Wednesday 17 July 2024 at 1 p.m.
The places available in the On-Campus Residences will be assigned through the procedure named “Brescia City Residences” competion.
The criteria for the assignment of the places are specified in the regulation for the call and, are mainly based on the ISEE/ISEEUP values and the previously acquired merit (highest educational qualification obtained).
The outcomes will be communicated through MyEDUCatt area (among “Comunicazioni”) and via email by 31 July 2024.

Piacenza - Cremona campus

The places available in the On-Campus Residences will be assigned through “the Milan College Camp competition” which include an interview with the Commission according to the following modalities:
- online on 16 July 2024;
- on site in Piacenza on 24 July 2024
The criteria for the assignment of the places are specified in the regulation for the call and, are mainly based on the ISEE/ISEEUP values and the previously acquired merit (highest educational qualification obtained).
Interviews with the Commission for the Piacenza – Cremona campus
The preferences for the onsite interviews will be accepted following the chronological order of the online applications submitted, according to the availabilities. If the availabilities on-site are exhausted, the chance to participate in the online interview will be offered.
The online meetings will take place via Teams and the invitations will be sent by EDUCatt: the applicants will receive an email containing all the details.

- for the 2nd PHASE: Friday 13 September 2024 at 1.p.m. for the bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in Professioni Sanitarie, the single-cycle master’s degree course in Farmacia, courses with technological specialisation in the faculty Medicina e Chirurgia and the bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in Economia.
The places available in the University Residences in Rome will be assigned through the Rome College Camp competition which include an interview with the Commission according to the following modalities:
- 1st phase (for the single-cycle master’s degree courses in Medicina e Chirurgia, Medicine and Surgery, Odontoiatria, and bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in Economia):
- online on 23, 24 and 25 July 2024
- on-site on 26 July 2024. - 2nd phase (for the bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in Professioni Sanitarie, the single-cycle master’s degree course in Farmacia, the courses with technological specialization in the faculty of Medicina e Chirurgia and the bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in Economia):
- online on 24, 25 and 26 September 2024.
The criteria for the assignment of the places are specified in the regulation for the call and, are mainly based on the ISEE/ISEEUP values and the previously acquired merit (highest educational qualification obtained).
Interviews with the Commission for the Rome College Camp
The preferences for the onsite interviews (only foreseen for the 1st phase in July) will be accepted following the chronological order of the submissions of the online applications. If the availabilities on-site are exhausted, the chance to participate in the online interview in one of the scheduled days will be offered.
The online meetings will take place via Teams and the invitations will be sent by EDUCatt: the applicants will receive an email containing all the details.
Applicants are recommended to check all their email folders, including spam and promotions.
