Overview
Starting from a.y. 2026/2027, EDUCatt’s housing offer in Cremona will expand with the opening of a new residential facility located just a short distance from the local campus of Università Cattolica.
The modern and functional building offers 70 beds (mainly in double rooms) and is designed to ensure an optimal balance between study and social life in a safe and stimulating environment.
What you will find in the residence:
- Fully equipped kitchen on each floor;
- Leisure area for relaxing breaks;
- Music room and a large event hall for cultural and social activities;
- Private outdoor space with dedicated sports facilities.
